"I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since June 2015. Since completing the initial 650-hour program at Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy, I have pursued an additional 125+ hours in medical massage training as well as several different ancillary therapies throughout my 10-year career. I've provided massage therapy in a variety of settings such as independent massage practices, chiropractors offices, a day program for disabled adults, home visits, spa's, wellness centers, salon's, franchises, a casino, and retreat centers as either an employee or independent contractor. My experiences led me to self-employment in 2018 when I opened my own establishment where I've interviewed, trained, mentored and managed the massage therapists who have worked there. After relocating to Missouri in 2022 and opening a private practice here, I've decided to offer an Apprenticeship Training program with the intention of passing along my knowledge and experience to others wishing to pursue a career in this rewarding field."
